Alison Kooistra is a freelance writer, editor, and anthropologist-about-town. She has published essays, plays, poems, articles, videogame scripts, two grammar exercise books, and two community history books. She is currently working on a story for a comics anthology and a series of biographical profiles for the 2010 edition of Second Story Press’s A Woman’s Agenda Book.
